SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT BEFORE
INSTALLING, LOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING, LOADING OR
USING THE SOFTWARE YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF
THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IN THE EVENT
THAT YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT THEN YOU MAY
EITHER RETURN THE SOFTWARE OR DELETE THIS SOFTWARE .

1.You were licensed to use this software by the author : Hu Wei.

2.Evaluation Version . The evaluation version can be used without any
payment . It just supports 5 users . If you want to have more users ,
you must buy a Registered Version.
3.Distribution . Youre encouraged to distribute evaluation version ,
and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation
in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any
of the above. Registered version cannot be distributed at all . This
software cannot be resold or used in any profit-generating activities,
including, but not limited to, distributing ezProxy as part of commercial
products, or in support of commercial services, without the author?s
expressed written permission.

4.Restrictions . You are not allowed to reverse engineer , decompile, or
disassemble the software . The evaluation verson cant be used for any
bussiness or profit propose if you do not have the written permission of
the Author . This license agreement is governed by the laws of P.R.O.China .

5.Disclaimer of Warranty . There is no warranty or claim of fitness or
reliability. The program is distributed AS IS, and the author shall not
be held liable for any loss of data, down time, loss of revenue or any
other direct or indirect damage or claims caused by this software.
